Sandra –
Made a batch of cold process soap and used the Trial By Fire Mica to colour the top layer. I used about 1 tsp per pound of soap, dispersed in olive oil, and the result was a nicely saturated red. The soap set up and cut just fine, but, alas, when I went to do the test “wash” a few weeks later, I had coloured lather and a stained white washcloth. Disappointing for sure!
Dee Russell –
Bleeds red when washing hands
Not a red when I used the correct ratio CPS
dark pink very disappointing
I spent the money which was a lot for postage to Australia thinking it would be worth it sadly mistaken

Does give red lather so use sparingly. Perfect red in my cp soap.
