Description
Primary Liquid Dyes
These liquid dyes are highly concentrated and offer wonderful colours. They can be blended together to reach desired colours. A little goes a long way.
Red will go pink in a white base
These are not for CP soapmaking or oil based products
Basic or Primary Colours:
Red, Blue, Yellow. To obtain the following colours try the following:
True Red: Try adding a drop of green – it will brighten and deepen your red primary colour.
Purple: Mix 1 part red with 1 part blue (This can be varied to preferred personal choice).
Orange: A bit tricky as the colours are so concentrated. Try 1 part red to 7 parts yellow. (This can be varied to preferred personal choice).
Green: Mix 1 part blue with 1 part yellow. (This can be varied to preferred personal choice).
Olive Green: Try mixing 3 part blue, 3 part yellow, 1 part red (adding a drop of red will darken the green)
Remember that colour variation may be limited.
